Solitaire: Classic Deal is Klondike Solitaire: build the four foundations from Ace to King, one suit each, by moving cards between seven columns and the stock. New to it? How to Play shows the rules in three short pages.

Common questions

What are Endgames?

Tap the trophy button in the main game to start an Endgame or resume your try. Endgames are short draw-one boards with no clock. Finish at par for three stars, within two moves of par for two, or finish at any move count for one. Undone moves still count. Using a hint caps that try at two stars. Each new star on a board earns 10 coins; improving only your move count earns no coins. Restart keeps your best and the board's hint balance. Back to My Game saves your try and resumes your classic game.

What are the rules?

Columns build downward in alternating colours (a red 7 on a black 8). Only a King can start an empty column. Foundations build upward by suit from the Ace. Turn cards from the stock one or three at a time, and turn the stock over as often as you like. How to Play shows the same rules with pictures.

Draw 1 or Draw 3, and can I change it?

Yes, in Settings. Draw 3 is the harder classic setting. The change applies to your next deal, so you never lose the game in progress.

How does scoring work?

It follows the standard scoring most players grew up with: 10 points for a card placed on a foundation, 5 for moving a card from the stock to a column, 5 for turning over a face-down card, minus 15 for taking a card back off a foundation, and a penalty for extra passes through the stock. Two points are deducted every ten seconds, and finishing in under a few minutes earns a time bonus. Undo restores the score of the move you took back but does not give time back.

What does "Winnable deals only" do?

Before a deal is shown, the app runs a solver on it in the background and prefers deals it has already proved can be won. If a proven deal is not ready in time, you get a random deal instead, so a small number of games may still be unwinnable. Turn the setting off if you prefer fully random deals.

What is the Daily Deal?

From version 1.4.0, there is one new deal every day, the same for every player, and every one can be won. Tap the calendar button, then Play Today's Deal. Daily deals draw one card at a time. Your own game waits where you left it: tap the house button to go back to it. The first time you solve a day, it turns gold on the calendar and pays 75 coins; playing it again pays nothing. Missed a day? You can still play any day from this month or last month.

How do I turn the daily reminder on or off?

The reminder is off until you turn it on. From version 1.10.0, the game may offer it when you close a results card; No thanks means it does not ask again. When it is on, you get one notification a day at the time you choose, only on days you have not played yet and while that day's deal is unsolved. It is a notification scheduled on your device, never a push message. To turn it on or off, open Settings in the game and choose Daily reminder. You can also turn off notifications for Solitaire in your phone's settings.

How do coins, tables and card backs work?

Winning a game pays coins, with extra for finishing fast, playing without undo, and keeping a win streak. Coins buy Themes (a table and card back made to match), tables and card backs in the Store inside the app; tap your coin balance at the top of the screen to open it. Coins are earned by playing, and you can also buy coin packs in the store. Coins have no cash value and can only be spent in the game, on Themes, tables, card backs, celebrations and hint refills. Tap an unowned item to preview it; tap it again to put the preview back. Only the separate Buy button spends coins. Buying also selects the item. An item you already own can be selected with one tap. Games you leave after only a few moves do not count against you.

How do levels and Daily medals unlock items?

Levels 3 and 10 bring the Navy table and card back, 20 and 30 bring Walnut, and 40 and 50 bring Burgundy. A gift becomes yours without changing your selection. Use it on the results card selects it; Put back restores what you used before. If you already bought a level gift, its coin price comes back when the results card explains the refund.

Daily medals count every day solved in a month, including days caught up later. Bronze at 10 days earns 250 experience, silver at 20 earns 500, and gold for every day brings a featured table or card back. If you own that month's item, gold brings the next featured item you do not own; if you own them all, it earns 750 experience. Gold pays no coins. The Store shows the level or medal route beside an item, and everything remains available for coins.

What does Premium do?

From version 1.6.0, Premium offers monthly and annual subscriptions, with no trial: the Premium Themes (from version 1.10.0), double coins on every win, unlimited hints, and no ads while your subscription is active. A Premium Theme can also be bought with 4,000 coins to keep. The Store shows the current local price and billing period before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; use Manage subscription in the app to open them. Canceling stops future renewals, and your benefits continue until the paid period ends. Existing lifetime Premium purchases retain their benefits. On a new device or after reinstalling, use Settings > Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account. Purchases made on iPhone or iPad do not carry over to Android, or the other way round.

Where is my progress saved?

On your device. Your unfinished game, coins, tables, card backs, levels and statistics are stored locally and restored when you reopen the app. There is no account and no cloud sync, so deleting the app deletes that progress unless your device backup restores it.

Are there ads?

Yes: the game is free with ads. From version 1.5.1, a full-screen ad can follow any completed win or recorded loss, including the first game, with no app-imposed time gap or daily limit. A recorded loss means confirming a new deal after at least five moves or, from version 1.11, confirming a restart of a weekly event level after at least five moves without meeting its goal. The old board stays locked during that break and the next game begins after it closes. Daily Deal and Endgame wins include replays; leaving a challenge or an event level keeps its save and is not a loss. No ad appears at launch or during active card play. Ads depend on availability and privacy settings. On a result that paid coins, you can choose a video to double those coins once; an Endgame result must pay at least 20 base coins. When you are out of hints, you can choose a video for three more hints for that game. Closing a video early pays nothing and ends that result's double-coins offer; you can try a hint video again. Premium removes every ad. Older versions retain their earlier frequency limits; versions 1.1 and earlier show no ads.

How do I change my privacy choices?

Where your region requires a privacy choice (for example in the EEA, the UK, Switzerland and some US states), Settings > About > Privacy options reopens Google's consent or US-state privacy form. On iPhone and iPad, tracking permission is in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings (Privacy > Ads on most devices). Optional gameplay analytics has a separate Settings → About → Help improve Solitaire switch. Refusing changes nothing about the game. The privacy policy explains what each choice controls.

What does Help improve Solitaire do?

It lets Google Analytics for Firebase measure gameplay and ad performance so we can improve the game, and lets Firebase fetch app settings. This includes an identifier for this app installation, modes played, progress, elapsed play time, hints, Store actions and ad outcomes. It does not include your board, dealt cards, deal seed, score, coin balance or email address. It is optional and separate from advertising consent. Turn it off in Settings → About → Help improve Solitaire. Refusing does not change your games, rewards or purchases. A platform-reported age or parental restriction keeps it unavailable.

How do I delete analytics data?

Turning Help improve Solitaire off stops new collection and resets Analytics data on this device, but does not delete earlier uploaded data. Open Settings → About → Analytics support IDs and copy every available ID before deleting or reinstalling the app. A local history keeps earlier IDs after you withdraw and later allow analytics again; an ID may be unavailable if you withdrew before it was returned.

Email those IDs to [email protected] to request access or deletion. These differ from the AppsFlyer Privacy support ID under Settings → About; include that too if your request covers advertising attribution. Never send advertising identifiers, payment details or saved-game files. If no ID is shown, contact us and we will explain what we can locate. Analytics and our BigQuery export require separate deletion steps; previously aggregated statistics may remain. See deleting your data.

How do I report an ad?

Use Settings > Help & feedback > Report an ad, or email [email protected]. Tell us what the ad showed and roughly when you saw it.

What is the privacy support ID?

Once our install measurement (AppsFlyer) has a record for your installation, Settings > About shows a privacy support ID. Quote it when you ask us to access or delete that record; never send us your device's advertising identifier. See deleting your data.

Does it work offline?

The game itself, saving and statistics work without a connection. Ads, buying coins or Premium, restoring purchases, and Game Center need a network; without one, a win simply goes straight to your results.

Game Center leaderboards and achievements

On iPhone and iPad, if you are signed in to Game Center, wins are submitted to the best-score and fastest-win leaderboards and count towards achievements. Open them from Settings or from the victory screen. Sign out of Game Center in iOS Settings if you would rather not take part.

How do I reset the game?

Deleting and reinstalling the app clears the saved game, coins, unlocked tables and card backs, levels and statistics on that device. On Android, clearing the app's storage does the same. Game Center scores already submitted remain in your Game Center profile.
