Solitaire: Classic Deal

Privacy policy

Effective October 24, 2026 · MPS Holdings LLC

The short version: Solitaire: Classic Deal is free with ads. From version 1.2 it offers full-screen ads and optional reward videos you choose to watch, for example to double a win's coins or, from version 1.3, to refill your hints; Google AdMob serves them all, and Premium removes every ad. When your choices and device settings allow it, the app also uses AppsFlyer to measure whether our own advertising works. There are no accounts. Your saved game, coin balance, items and game statistics are stored on your device. Versions with “Help improve Solitaire” also offer optional Google Analytics for Firebase to understand gameplay and ad performance; you can turn it off in Settings. When install measurement is allowed, AppsFlyer receives events such as games won, win milestones, purchases and ad interactions, as explained below. Those events do not include your dealt cards, current board, score or coin balance. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and we never see your payment details.

Who we are

Solitaire: Classic Deal ("the app") is published by MPS Holdings LLC ("we", "us"), the controller of the personal data described here. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].

Which versions this covers

This policy describes version 1.2 and later on iPhone, iPad and Android. Versions 1.1 and earlier contain no advertising or measurement software: for them the sections on ads, install attribution and Apple's install measurement do not apply, and nothing leaves your device except what the Purchases and Game Center sections describe.

What stays on your device

Everything the game itself needs is stored locally in the app's own storage: the board of your unfinished game, your coin balance, which tables and card backs you own and have selected, your level, Daily medal progress and Endgame stars and bests, records of item grants and coin refunds, your draw-mode and deal settings, and statistics such as games played, wins, best score, best time and streaks. We do not receive the full saved game or local statistics file. The install-measurement and optional product-analytics events described below report selected activity, including game modes, progress, elapsed play time, hints, Store actions, purchases and ad interactions. They do not contain your dealt cards, current board, score or coin balance. Scores and times submitted to Game Center are described separately. The app adds none of this data to an ad request. Your privacy choices are stored on the device too. If you turn on the Daily Deal reminder, it is a local notification scheduled on your device, never a push message: it uses no push token and sends nothing to us or anyone else. To know when an event starts and ends, the app downloads a small schedule file from this website about once a day; the request carries no identifier, game data or advertising information, and Cloudflare handles it as described under This website. Your device may include the game data in its own backup (iCloud or device backup on iPhone and iPad; your Google account's device backup on Android) according to your settings. Deleting the app removes its local copy.

Ads inside the app

From version 1.2 the app shows two kinds of ad, both served through Google AdMob:

Premium removes every ad. There are no banners and no other ads, and watching or skipping ads changes nothing about the deals, scores or prices.

The app keeps its ad counts and cooldown on your device, along with the date you first moved a Daily Deal. These local records are not sent to us or added to an ad request.

Google AdMob decides which ad you see. For each ad, Google, Unity Ads (Unity Technologies) and Liftoff Monetize (Liftoff Mobile) bid in a real-time auction, and the winner supplies the ad. Whichever of them serves an ad may receive your IP address (which can imply an approximate location), device and app information, advertising or app-scoped device identifiers, diagnostic information about how the ad loaded and played, and interactions such as whether an ad was shown, watched or tapped. Personalised ads appear only when your privacy choices and device settings allow them; otherwise Google may serve non-personalised or limited ads according to the signals available. We pass Unity and Liftoff the choice you make in our privacy form, each according to what you allowed that company: where you have not agreed to its personalised ads, on iPhone and iPad when you have not allowed tracking, and in US states with privacy laws, we tell it to show only non-personalised ads. The app disables AdMob's separate publisher first-party identifier. Nothing about your game (scores, times, deals or coins) is added to an ad request by the app. Unity's handling of this data is described in Unity's privacy policy, and Liftoff's in Liftoff's privacy policy. If you see an ad that should not be there, use Settings → Help & feedback → Report an ad.

Install attribution

We also run ads outside the app to find new players. To learn whether those ads work, the app includes the AppsFlyer attribution SDK. It starts only when your consent and device settings allow it (see below); otherwise it is not started at all. When it runs, AppsFlyer may process your IP address (which can imply an approximate location), device and app information, an AppsFlyer install identifier, your advertising identifier when the required permissions and choices allow it, and a fixed set of events: a first game reaching five moves, a win (with the draw mode, one or three), reaching 10 and 50 wins, a watched double-coins video, an ad watched to the end, opening a store checkout and a completed purchase (the product, its price and currency), and the revenue of each ad shown. It receives no scores, times, names or free text.

We use this to measure and improve our own advertising. Google Ads receives these measurement events, together with your consent signals, so we can tell which of our ads worked. Once AppsFlyer has a record for your installation, the app shows a privacy support ID under Settings → About, and keeps showing it after you withdraw consent; quote it if you ask us about that record.

Separately, on Android, Google Play reports installs of the app and in-app purchases that follow our Google Ads campaigns to our Google Ads account. This is Google's own measurement, made by Google Play and not by the app; it does not depend on the choices in the app's privacy form, and it includes no scores, times or other gameplay data.

Optional gameplay analytics and app settings

In versions with Help improve Solitaire, we use Google Analytics for Firebase to learn which modes people play, where they get stuck, whether the Store is useful, and how ads perform. This is optional. Collection starts only after a current analytics permission allows it. The app can initialize the Analytics SDK with collection paused while it checks your choices. Where Google's privacy form supplies that permission, we follow it; where that form says no consent choice is required, we ask separately with Allow analytics and Don’t allow. A missing or invalid choice does not allow collection. Turning Help improve Solitaire off overrides an earlier permission. Refusing does not change your games, rewards or purchases.

When allowed, Analytics associates activity with an identifier for this app installation. It can receive app and device information, approximate location derived from the network connection, sessions and engagement, and the following game events:

Our game events contain no email address, account name, dealt cards, board layout, deal seed, score, coin balance or free text. They are not anonymous: the installation identifier lets activity from the same installation be counted together. Firebase's advertising-identifier collection is disabled in this release, and its advertising storage, advertising user-data and ad-personalisation permissions are denied. This optional analytics permission does not permit personalised ads or cross-app advertising measurement. The existing AdMob, Unity, Liftoff and AppsFlyer choices remain separate.

The same permission allows Firebase Remote Config to fetch app settings, such as Store presentation and bounded ad timing. Those requests use a Firebase installation identifier and app/device information, including country, language, time zone and software versions. Without this permission, the app does not fetch new settings. Previously loaded settings can remain in use. We may use the Analytics reports and a separate export in Google BigQuery to improve the game; the export is stored in Google's United States region. Google describes its services in Firebase's privacy information.

You can turn collection off with Settings → About → Help improve Solitaire. This stops new collection and resets Analytics data held by the app; it does not erase data already uploaded. Settings → About → Analytics support IDs keeps a local history of available installation identifiers, including earlier identifiers after a reset, so you can ask us to find those records. An identifier may not be available if permission was withdrawn before the SDK returned it. Copy any available IDs before deleting or reinstalling the app; see Deleting your data.

Apple's install measurement (iPhone and iPad)

On iPhone and iPad the app also uses Apple's privacy-preserving install measurement (SKAdNetwork and AdAttributionKit). The app tells the system which of a fixed set of milestones this installation has reached: a first game reaching five moves, a first win, 10 wins, a watched double-coins video, a purchase, and Premium. The app itself sends nothing over the network for this. Apple later sends aggregated, delayed results that do not identify you or your device to the ad network that showed our ad, with a copy to AppsFlyer. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland this is used only with your consent, and in this version it is not used at all where Google's US-state privacy form applies.

If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland

Before any advertising or measurement that needs consent, the app uses Google's certified consent platform. It explains the purposes and vendors and records your choice in the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF). Google's platform decides when the European message applies; the app never infers it from your language or region settings. AppsFlyer does not start unless you consent to advertising measurement, and Apple's install measurement is used only with your consent. Unity Ads and Liftoff Monetize are among the ad partners listed in the form; each personalises ads only if you agree to it. Google, Unity or Liftoff may still serve a non-personalised or limited ad where your choices allow it.

Refusing is free and changes nothing about the game: the same deals, coins, tables, card backs and purchases remain available. You can reopen the form at any time from Settings → About → Privacy options.

Advertising identifiers and device controls

On iPhone and iPad, your advertising identifier (IDFA) is available only with Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission. The app asks for it only after a short explanation from Google's consent platform, and you can change it at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. If you decline, or tracking is restricted on your device, AppsFlyer does not run on it at all.

Android has no equivalent per-app prompt. The Android advertising ID can be reset or deleted in Android Settings (Privacy → Ads on most devices); a deleted ID reads as zeros. The consent choices above also apply, and AppsFlyer reads the Android advertising ID only where you have given explicit consent through the European form.

Your privacy choices

Settings → About → Privacy options is always in the app. Where Google's consent platform has a form for your region (the EEA, the UK, Switzerland and US states with privacy laws), it opens that form: there you can refuse or withdraw consent, or opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising, and the app applies your choice straight away. Where there is no form for your region, it opens this section instead. You can also turn optional gameplay analytics off with Settings → About → Help improve Solitaire. This is separate from the advertising choices. You can then:

United States privacy choices

If you live in a US state with a consumer privacy law, this is our notice at collection for version 1.2 and later.

You may also have the right to know, access, correct and delete personal information; see Your rights. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Who receives it, and where

These providers process data in the United States and elsewhere outside the EEA. Those transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with the providers' own transfer frameworks where applicable.

How long it is kept

AppsFlyer keeps user-level data for periods that depend on the advertising integration and applicable requirements; data received from Google Ads is generally deleted after six months, and aggregated reporting is generally available for up to 25 months. Google keeps AdMob and Google Ads data according to its own retention policies, which vary by report type, and Unity and Liftoff keep their ad data according to their own privacy policies. Your privacy choices stay on your device until they expire, you change them in the privacy form, or you delete the app. Google Analytics is configured to retain event-level data for two months and user-level data for fourteen months; new activity can restart the user-level retention period. Our separate BigQuery export has its own retention controls; changing one does not erase the other. We keep access limited to operating and improving the game and handling requests. You can ask us to delete identifiable analytics records as described below. We do not maintain player accounts.

Purchases

Coin packs and Premium are sold through the App Store on iPhone and iPad and through Google Play on Android. The store handles payment, and we never receive your card number, billing address or store account details. The app receives a purchase record (which product, and a transaction or purchase identifier). It keeps that record on your device so each purchase is credited exactly once and so Premium can be restored. From version 1.6.0, Premium is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription with no trial; existing lifetime purchases keep their benefits. On Android, the app sends the subscription product ID and Google Play purchase token over an encrypted connection to our verification service, hosted on Google Cloud. The service checks the purchase with Google Play and returns its subscription status and paid-through date so the app can provide the benefits for the correct period, including after cancellation. Verification is part of fulfilling your purchase and does not require optional analytics consent. We do not store purchase tokens or link them to gameplay analytics, advertising identifiers or a player account. Apple subscriptions are verified on the device using StoreKit. When AppsFlyer runs under your choices, a purchase you complete in the app is also reported to it as a measurement event (the product, its price and currency; never payment details or purchase identifiers). When optional Firebase analytics is allowed, Google's SDK may also measure in-app purchase events; this does not give us your payment details. Purchases do not transfer between the App Store and Google Play. Apple's and Google's handling of your purchase is described in the Apple Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.

Game Center

If you are signed in to Game Center on iPhone or iPad, the app submits your winning scores and times to Game Center leaderboards and reports achievement progress. This is handled by Apple under its own privacy policy; we do not receive your Game Center identity or friends. You can sign out of Game Center in the Settings app, after which nothing is submitted.

What we do not do

Children and teenagers

The app is a general-audience card game and is not directed at anyone under 18. It has no accounts or social features and does not ask for a birth date, and our App Store and Google Play settings do not target children or teenagers. When the platform reports an under-18 age range, required age information is unavailable, or Google Play reports a pending or declined significant-change approval, the app stores a local restriction flag that keeps analytics, ads and attribution off. Missing required age information does not mean we have identified the person as a minor. That flag survives restarting the app and is cleared only by a later platform answer confirming an adult without a reported restriction; an unavailable answer or error does not clear it. The app does not retain or send the reported age range, its source or a birth date. An unavailable age signal does not count as consent; the permission choices above still apply. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will have it deleted where our providers allow.

Deleting your data

Your saved game and profile are stored on your device. To delete those local records, delete the app. On Android you can instead clear its storage (Settings > Apps > Solitaire > Storage > Clear storage). This removes your saved game, coins, tables, card backs, levels, statistics and privacy choices. Purchases stay in your App Store or Google Play purchase history, so Premium can be restored. Game Center scores are managed in your Apple account.

Deleting the app stops future collection from that installation, but it does not delete data AppsFlyer, Google, Unity or Liftoff already hold. To request deletion, write to [email protected]. For AppsFlyer records, include the Privacy support ID under Settings → About if shown. For Firebase records, include all available Analytics support IDs from Settings, including earlier IDs if listed. Please do not send advertising identifiers, payment details or saved-game files. If no support ID is available, contact us anyway and we will explain what we can locate. We use Google Analytics' user-deletion process for identifiable Analytics records and separately remove matching records from our BigQuery export. We use AppsFlyer's deletion process for attribution records. Turning analytics off, resetting its on-device data, or deleting the app does not by itself perform these server-side steps. Previously aggregated statistics that no longer identify an installation may remain. We will tell you which requests were submitted and what has been verified, rather than treating submission as immediate deletion. Google's ad data about you can also be managed in your Google account and device settings, and Unity's and Liftoff's privacy policies describe how to ask them directly.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the data held about your installation, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable form, to opt out of targeted advertising, sale or sharing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already happened while it was in place.

Use Settings → About → Privacy options to change consent or opt-out choices where they apply; on iPhone and iPad, App Tracking Transparency is a separate system setting as described above. You can also write to [email protected] with the relevant Privacy support ID or Analytics support IDs when the app shows them; we will action the request through our providers' access or deletion processes. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority.
